MONTHLY THEME - Every month the Alchemy Mentorship is lead with a new theme designed to refine how you show up, prioritize what matters and attune to your core.

AKASHIC FIELD (Spirit)- Each monthly theme has a complimentary meditation followed but a member spotlight session to expand your Conscious connection.

ALCHEMY YOGA (Body)- Each monthly theme has two complimentary yoga classes with a mixture of Asana, Pranayama, Mudra and Meditation.

1. Alchemy Fire- Is a stronger more fire based practice designed for cathartic release.
2. Alchemy Soma- Is a sweet restorative based practice designed for soft receivership.

GATHERINGS (Mind)- Each month I offer a discourse in relationship to the monthly theme. Sometimes I offer solo and other months I bring on a guest teacher.

RESOURCES AND BONUSES- Each yoga class has a paired Essential Oil to enhance the experience. I have a separate section where I offer educational videos about the oils.
